*I'll be proposing a rule change at the winter meeting (just one this year, I swear). I'll propose to legalize the trade of minor league picks. I suspect that will pass. If I'm wrong and it doesn't pass, this trade stands as is and both of us are cool with it. If it does pass, Weiland's 2011 claim option will convert into a 1st round minor league pick in 2010.
